TKAM Chapter 24 and 25
Choice C: So far, is this a novel about race? Class? Gender? Coming of Age? Place? Select and defend your answer.

Throughout To Kill A Mockingbird I think this book is about races and classes. The reason I say it is about race is because there is a lot of racism. Lots of white people in Maycomb think they are richer and way better then the Negroes. They always say,"We will go our way, and they will go their way.

In the Tom Robinson case there was a ton of racism because Mr.Ewell was yelling at Tom Robinson when he said he feels sorry for Mayella. This made Dill cry because he did not know that there was racism in Maycomb. Also, when the court case ended the reason Tom was guilty was because all the judges were white and Tom was black. After the court case ended Mr. Ewell spat at Atticus for protecting Tom. After that Bob Ewell said "I going to get you" to Atticus.

Prompt A

A. Are there people in your neighborhood who are like any of the character types in the novel?Change the real person's name so his/her identity remains anonymous and describe how hoer she is like a particular character.

In my neighborhood there is a kid and he reminds me of Jem. The reason he reminds me of Jem is because he is brave and he likes to do new things every single day. He is always there to help me. Since Jem is Scouts older brother, he kind of is like a brother to me. I say this because when ever something happens to me he is always there to help me out with my problems. Also, when I first started kindergarten we had to pair up with other students in a different so I paired up with my friend Anthony an he helped me read my first book ever which was the Ugly Duckling.

Anthony was a really good friend of mine and we still are friends because he lives right next to me house so we can talk to each other every single day. We play basketball with each other. This is just like Jem and Scout they will always hang out with each other because they are brother and sister. Anthony even takes me to anywhere I want to go because he is like a brother to me like I said earlier. That is why even when Scout and Jem are older and don't live with each other because they will have their own family, but still they will remember each other. That is also what is going to happen to Anthony and me we will remember each other as best friends.

They need to be more pensive to me because they antagonize me a lot I will get mad and something will happen to the people. Tomorrow will be the court case in Maycomb. Chapters 10
Perspective: Scout

I never thought that I would see my dad Atticus do something like that. My dad shot a mad dog just to save people in Maycomb. It was cool, but I felt sorry for the dog. After my dad shot the dog I had a ingenuous and started feeling sick. I hate everyone who calls my dad a "Nigger lover". It just perplexity to me because it is fanatical to me to help someone. To me that is being racist because Tom Robinson is a person and people discriminate him just because he is a colored folk. Those kind of people sicken me. My dumb cousin needs to give Tom Robinson,Atticus and me some adjacent because he gets in the way. How the whole mad dog think started was when Calpurnia saw a dog going crazy. Then it got lose and started to attack places. Then Cal called dad and Mr. Heck Tate. Sheriff Heck and Atticus were thinking of killing that mad dog. When Mr. Tate and Atticus finally decided my dad shot the lonely dog and it died. This was really sad for it. I was in front of the Radley house when this happened because Atticus told Jem and I to stay there. Then I saw Boo Radley. He only came out to see us because everyone was at dog scene. After everything happened I started to have a ingenuous and started to feel adjacent.

Chapters 8 & 9
Perspective: Uncle Jack

Dear Dairy,

For the first time ever I snows in Maycomb and this is a surprise. I see Jem and Scout happy faces because school is closed down for right now. I do not want my boy Jem to be playing with that boy Dill because he is a bad influence to Jem. Later that night Jem Scout and I went outside. All of the sudden we see Ms. Maudie's house and it is on fire. I just don't know what happened to start the fire. I hope she is alright. When the firefighters came and stopped the fire Scout's face had a weird reaction. She told me that she saw a tyranny of a spirit named Boo. Later she started to get quibbling with this story. Jem tried to use evasion on Scout because she was getting quibbling. Scout was tormenting Jem and I. Scout got weirder ever since she saw Boo Radley's spirit.Jem is acting way better now that he is not hanging out with that Dill kid. I think something that is going to happen in the next chapter is Scout will finally figure out the Radley mystery with the help of Walter and Jem. Also Scout, Jem and Walter might come face to face with Boo Radley.

Chapters 4-7
Perspective: Ms. Maudie Atkins

Dear Dairy,

Well in this chapter I see Scout and Jem playing again because school has ended for both of them. The game they are playing is called the Boo Radley game. This boo radley game they are playing is kind of making fun of the Radley family. I see Atticus pretty mad when he sees Scout and Jem playing this game. I think Scout and Jem are kind of getting scared because they don't think playing this game is safe anymore.
To me I think Scout and Jem are getting even more scared than before because they might be quibbling the spirits. I say that Atticus is mad at Scout and Jem because they are making fun of the Radleys and that might get the whole finch family haunted. Scout and Jem don't really care though because they are just playing that game. Scout also has the feeling of being left out because Jem and Dill are becoming better friends.
Something will happen to Jem because he is peeking into the Radley house and that is trespassing. Also I think Scout might do something to Dill because he is hanging out with Jem to long and Scout is getting jealous. I also think Atticus is going to suspend Jem from going outside or hanging out with Dill.
Scout used to treat Dill and Jem with respect but after they both started to hang out with each other she started to hate them little by little. Atticus is getting mad at Jem because Atticus thinks Dill is a bad influence to Jem.

Thank You
Ms. Maudie Atkins

Chapters 1-3
Perspective of Dill

What they see during each section
The things I have seen is I got new friends and their names are Jean Louise or Scout she likes to be called that and her brother Jem. They are both nice people, well to me they are nice people I don't know if they are nice to different types of people. Sometimes went we all play a game we like to do an intimidation on each other.

• What they feel about what is going on
The things I am feeling is I see a boy that is locked up in the basement and he can't get out of the basement. He is stuck all the way down there and he is lonely. He has no one to talk to. Now that he has died people say that they can see his ghost and people think the place is haunted by this boy. They also say the boy is a malevolent spirit.

• What they say to the other characters
I do tell Jem and Scout my secret because I know that they can keep a secret. I also know that they believed me because when I told other people about the malevolent spirit nobody believed me and when I met them they believed me about the malevolent boy. I also know that they can trust me as much as I trust them.

• What they think about what happens during each chapter
I think that Scout Jem and I will see that boy's. I know that I will meet someone that will really irk me and I will get mad and have a fight with them. Also I think something is going to happen to either one of us which is Scout, Jem, and Me.

• How do they treat other characters? How do they feel about them?
I say Scout is like the more the competitive type and Jem is like more of the weird and freaky type but to me they are like the same.Scout and Jem are very good friends to me I am glad that I left Massachusetts. If I did not leave Massachusetts I would not have these good friends.
