Journal #3-
Chapters 8 & 9
Perspective: Uncle Jack
Dear Dairy,
For the first time ever I snows in Maycomb and this is a surprise. I see Jem and Scout happy faces because school is closed down for right now. I do not want my boy Jem to be playing with that boy Dill because he is a bad influence to Jem. Later that night Jem Scout and I went outside. All of the sudden we see Ms. Maudie's house and it is on fire. I just don't know what happened to start the fire. I hope she is alright. When the firefighters came and stopped the fire Scout's face had a weird reaction. She told me that she saw a tyranny of a spirit named Boo. Later she started to get quibbling with this story. Jem tried to use evasion on Scout because she was getting quibbling. Scout was tormenting Jem and I. Scout got weirder ever since she saw Boo Radley's spirit.Jem is acting way better now that he is not hanging out with that Dill kid. I think something that is going to happen in the next chapter is Scout will finally figure out the Radley mystery with the help of Walter and Jem. Also Scout, Jem and Walter might come face to face with Boo Radley.

John,
ReplyDeleteGreat blog! You have one mistake in the beginning, it should be, "For the first time ever it snowed in Maycomb and this was a surprise for me," Also, you used quibbling twice and believe you have to use 2 different voab words. Also, this isn't the first time it snows in Maycomb. It snowed in 1885.
